Was it the funeral of Marwan or the show of Gamal??

Gamal Mubarak had attended the funeral of Ashraf Marwan so what , the man is a Muslim and the Muslim must attend his Muslim brother funeral , not to mention that this Muslim brother had attended his wedding in Sharm from two months ago so why there is a huge spot light on GM in the funeral in the official and non official media !!
Do not tell me that GM attendance to the funeral means the innocence of Marwan from the spying and treason charges ,seriously the official newspapers didn't care about this point as they cared that GM had attended the funeral personally and hugged Marwan's widow .
Strangely they didn't care to mention if Alaa, the brother of Gamal had attended the funeral and sure he did because 75% he got business with the late business man or his sons
The star yesterday was Gamal with all the headlines in bold fonts in the official newspapers and with those photos hugging the widow as if she were his mother despite Khalid Abd El-Nasser ,the brother of Mona seemed not to like this way to show compassion after all he is from an upper Egyptian origin"You can say him in the picture below the man look beside Mona on the left"

I will ask a dump question Gamal Mubarak attended the funeral as what exactly ?? the son of the president or the head of the policy committee in the NDP or what ?? Shall I say it ?? I will dare say that he went as the President Of Egypt ?? because I felt he was from the media circus that was there
Did they want to prove that the deceased was patriot by making the heir attend the funeral ?? well this is not the message I received especially when I know that Omar Soliman the head of Egyptian intelligence had attended the funeral but as usual the national media shy person didn't have this Hollywood show as GM ,the message of Omar Soliman despite it can be considered inconclusive is much more powerful then the GM show, again I will repeat the part it can be considered inconclusive
Gamal Mubarak is working in the NDP and he has no official character in the state except working in the ruling party so why all that media attention ,Mubarak has two sons both attended the funeral so why the spot lights were on the younger and left the elder
This is what caught my eyes beside of course the eye liner and eye shadow of Mona Abd El-Nasser

  1. I agree with you this time %100. I read you between the lines as well. The presence of Mr. Omar Soliman is the most significant event that happened in this funeral cause it delivers a sharp transparent messege, clearance of Marwan from the intellegnce point of view and making him a hero. Why not? Did'nt Mr Omar Soliman of the old times went all the way to Germany to attend the funeral of Raafat El Haggan. Tomorrow they will produce a Movie about Marwan, brain wash you and make you change your mind.. Media..Media..Media.

Women are more details oriented than men by nature. I didnt notice the eye liner and shadow on Mona in this small low resolution image, even when I went back to look at it. I envy at your eagle's sharp vision ( smile ).. Dr SR

  2. Still not enough the press now in Egypt , the respectable one whether El-Dostor or El-Arabi El-Nasseri are demanding an official report from the intelligence because this is not enough

Omar Soliman I believe he had not attended the funeral of El-Hagaan , simply because he was in the department of Anti-Espionage in the intelligence , he was not his supervisor or was related to him from near or far except they work for the same orgnanization already you will be shocked to know that the state is treating the widow of that great man and his son in the worst ways ever for no clear reason ,they even suspected that the son is not Rafaat's despite I swear he is a photo copy for his dad in the old photos when they showed the photo in the newspaper
I don't know but I believe if they give Marwan his respect then at least they should give Goma El-Showan enough pension instead of asking Mubarak's help in the Arabic newspapers
what can I say more ???

My dear Dr. about the truth and brainwash ,well believe meI am have doing some reading about our wars with Israel and this is from our sources not theirs and since then I decided to open myself to all possibilities and thus I won't be shocked

Mona 's make up was more clear in one of the shots directly in the face , she looked like late Soad Nasr without the make up she used to put

  3. I used " Omar Soliman" as a symbol of an intellegence man. I didnt mean Omar Soliman personally. Dr. SR

  4. oh man. I am still stuck with this strange photo. Gamal hugging Mona and Mona resting her head on Gamal's shoulder. Gamal MUBARAK gives Mona the honor and heroism to her husband and Mona NASSER gives Gamal the glory of her father. Zeinobia, go listen to the last song in Adel Emam play " El Zaeem" listen to the ex cabinet singing" Ow30 te2olo ennena bye bye, e7na el nas el 3alia el high, rag3een tani wa tani wa tani, arwa7na otat...."

  5. My Dear Lady,
It seems obvious that we aren't on the same side of the political river but yet I m trying to be optimistic. I'm an Egyptian Copt living abroad and having a bird-eye view of our beloved Egypt. Let's not say that we are in heaven because we are not; but we are not slipping the other side either. I'm not even saying that this is the magical wand of Gamal Mubarak. Turning the fate of Egypt is a decade job after the lowest level we descended in. It is the twist of route orchestrated by the guy. If he wasn't the president's son & the head of the NDP policies this wouldn't have happened. I agree that the same gang of theft & bribery are all still there & probably they will still be there till GOD almighty solves the problem. BUT again, if you have an objective view of Gamal Mubarak approach; does U have a better option than his adapted strategy. Getting rid of chameleon grey haired that ate on all tables & lived all eras and stacked BILLIONS is something that this country needs to find a way out. May be someone may contradict that approach that the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer while the middle class is crushed away. Honestly; I feel that what he is doing is the best thing that is happening to Egypt right now despite the negative social effect that may explode the revolution of the hungry unless time will suffice to absorb their tide. Trust me; having a pragmatic approach in this country needs time which I know is a luxury we don't have right now; but as I mentioned above; there is no way to get rid of the grey haired on top of each parliament chair or company chairman seat except with DEATH. Unfortunately, these grey haired still got the power to halt Gamal Mubarak and his non-accepted successful approaches and get away with it.

I presume that he must be in Ashraf Marwan funeral as a family friend apart from a presidential candidate. As you kindly mentioned; the late deceased was in his wedding and sure his brother had business with him. If the media had concentrated on him; that’s because we have a sick minded third world under developed media run by a bunch of mentally sick and shallow mentally retarded personnel that can be classified by descriptions that will be totally un-appropriate here. And with all my due respect; all papers in Egypt –all of them- are good only for recycling to make cheap toilet paper. Anyways; may be that may be your next subject on your discussion board.

Regarding Ashraf Marwan; I think that you should review how the foreign media had quoted him as the double agent who succeeded to fool the Israelis by passing false information just a day prior to the October War. The guy was always a controversial figure and his motives were not always justified by the first hand observer. From what I see here; he is a successful figure that made his living by means that cannot be always be described as ethical from a normal guy perspective but he was a true patriotic Egyptian on all levels even as an arms dealer. He was mainly an EGYPTIAN

Regarding the intelligence attitude; I believe that this organization can't always be acting or reacting upon our standards. The widow & son of Rafat El Haggan were treated with dignity until the son got mixed up with some alien Arabs that were manipulating him to get a foot hold and cheap privileged favors in Egypt. That’s when the Intelligence halted contacts with him.

Your comment just provoked my brains to post a comment and I hope I wasn’t an unpleasant visitor.

  6. Dear Egy Cot , you are a pleasant visitor and believe you are not the only one who believes or thinks that Gamal is not that bad , but let's me ask a question why we should always accept the lowest option ?? there are others than Gamal for sure who can do better
why we always accept the simple alternative as if there was no other ,only because they made us believe it is simple
another thing do you think Gamal will be much better than Gray hair men , well first of all I caught some gray hair in his head , second I won't put much hope because in the end he was raised between those men , he would not have that influence if they were not there
GM is not better than those old men , already he is surrounded with the most corrupted business men who want not only to sell people but to sell the whole Country
Do not forget this man is not using democracy ,the real democracy to reach for what he wants
I still have hope in this country and that's why I won't accept GM

BY regarding Rafaat El-Hagan , you should have heard his widow and son' side of the story by the way what are those alien arabs ?? are they arabs from outer space ??

  7. Dear Lady,

Let's first set some ground rule straight; we are on the same side here, we are both seeking the best for our beloved Egypt regardless our different views about it. Please allow me to express my views regarding your comments and please don’t consider it any attempt to undermine your opinion. I don’t agree that GM is our lowest accepted option. Look around U; what other options on the route I believe is the best for Egypt & I mean the free market pragmatic professional means with the power to enforce change and make it happen. Trust me; the old guards are exerting their utmost and placing all their resources including corrupt media and crooked government employee dark bats to halt this change. They are benefiting from the status-quo. That’s why they are backing up the religious extremists to power despite the fact that they are the least to do with anything with religion at all. Can U imagine if Egypt may be ruled by religious extremities? Look at all the examples around us when religion was abused to elude the masses and destroy countries. Look at Sudan and what happened during and after Nomeiry days and till today? Look at Dubai today? Why are we insisting on steering the wagon backwards just because we don't like the driver? If U allow me; anybody who shows the route to move ahead and proves it; I will feel obliged to back him up; support him; lobby for him & try to stop anybody halting and breaking his knees.

My point of view that I'm trying to highlight here my friend is that the edge that GM got a power of daddy to enforce change. AND; AND; I agree with you that he is surrounded by SOME NOT ALL crooked business men. Not all business men are EZZ, Abou El Enein or El Sherif. There are some decent figures and even more decent public servants like the guy running CASE, the new head of EGOTH or Mohamed Rashid, Mahmoud Mohie El Din or the group of successful business men Ministers. They made a difference and the economy and industry KPI's are my witness to prove it. We need that twist around my lady and I fully agree with U that GM may be not the best option for it but certainly not the lowest or the worst. Kindly allow me to challenge you regarding names; you mentioned that there are much better others: Name Five please with capability to lead, not to believe that they know everything and with clean hands and non greedy nature to make money out of the job and yet got the stamina and the vision for development. Just FIVE NAMES please to debate upon.

Last; reg El Haggan family; I had the privilege to learn the truth from the most truthful source who was his late operational officer GOD bless his soul & during my past job; I had an experience with the son and the crooked gang who were using him. If you allow me to say it; I don’t need to hear their version of the story; I lived my version in detail and as I said I had the privilege to be near the witnesses of the story.

I couldn’t finish my comment without mentioning that I belong to GM age generation and grey hairs are also sneaking but whom I mentioned are those who are grabbing the steering wheels till the last moment of their lives. Tell me for GOD's sake; how come that the Defense Minister got an 18 "dof3aa" difference between him & his chief of staff. Isn't that ridiculous? That’s only one of the extravagant examples apart from Eternal Daddy. GOD BLESS EGYPT

  8. @Egy Copt, it is not about 5 names,it is more than that , in fact those names mentioned as the good guys in his cabinet are not that good , you only have to read their scandals in the opposition and independent newspapers
and please do not tell me the old guards because now they are part of history despite all their tricks and games
it is enough to see the heads of the official newspapers and know that they are from the new guards
Dear Egyptian Copt I know how it is fearful to you and even me to br ruled with religious extermists aka Muslim Brotherhood , but let me ask you one question till when we will be scared by this booggy man , a boogy man that is created by the regime itself to justify its dictatorship in the west , it is either us or you will get another Hamas , things are not like this
If you have a real democracy you won't find them in the rule ,people in Egypt are much wiser believe me
Gamal Mubarak rule will be no different from his dad , the last elections were all led by him and look to the level of courruption ,cheating ,violence the regime used
about the shortage of people well we had a good candidate , of course he is not the best but for sure better than GM at least in my opinion and the others ,Ayman Nour , look to what they are doing to him , they are killing him so there will be no competition , GM is not popular
I am sorry but Don't tell Dubai and so on , becuase Dubai now 78% of it is controlled by foreigners , this is not a great thing in the end, you know this reminds me with the days of Ismail Pasha ,sell everything to foreigners
look I am not a nasserist nor communist or socialist hell no , I studied according to the American open market system economy for 4 years and i believe in it , but I also believe if GM reaches to the rule than say bye-bye to the middle class
again GM is not our only option and if we give up because he is the only one than we are not giving this country its right
Believe me it will be unfair for our kids
about the defense minister is this man stil alive ?? I mean I thought that omar SOliman took his ministry too along with the foreign ministry !!
I am sorry but I laugh when they say Gamal Mubarak is a young man , he is not because he is a grown up man , the age of manhood ,I don't know why they insist on the young man thing no one believes it

About El-Hagan ,was the operational officer Ihab Nafea or Moahmed Nassim May God bless their souls both , My family knew Mohamed Nassim and he didn't have a good opinion about the widow because of her marriage to Nafea , I consider it more oriental thinking
I respect your experience but on the same level we should not attack him to the level that newspapers suspect that he was not in El-Hagan son , this is too rude don't you think ??
by the way GM married a girl related to El-Gamal Family and the widow met with him in order to take back El-Gamal rights as she said , well it seems that she headed to the right man !!
