The Yezidi of Iraq : No more Kurdish

The Yazidi is a small religious group that lives in Iraq among other parts in World in small communities like in Syria,Armenia and Russia , you can find more about this group which is always accused ,well not from void that they worship the devil , thanks to their strange ,bizarre believes and also due to the fact they don't talk that much with strangers about it

Anyhow our issue here is not regarding the Yazidi satanic belief but what is happening and threatening them

If you read this link below which is in Arabic unfortunately you will know that the Kurdish authorities is forcing the Yezidis to leave their own land despite the fact that is known to everyone and is mentioned in international encyclopedias

  • Wikipedia : Yazidis are primarily ethnic Kurds, and most live near Mosul ,in Iraq

Already if you see their pictures ,you will find them wear the traditional Kurdish outfit whether for men or women , you can it in the picture with man holding a very sacred pillar in some sacred cave , I took this photo from some reportage made by the BBC Arabic

According to Al-Arabiya report , the spokesman of the high committee responsible on the Yazidi activities in Europe Dr.Mirza Hassan said that they are ready to leave their Kurdish political belonging as long as they are treated as third degree citizens, and that any political party wants to get the Yazidi vote in the September elections , it must prove that it really represent it and this is for Kurds and Arabs

The Yazidi now in Iraq are equal half million , 300,000 in Snagr and 200,000 in Shaikhan and its villages ,all near Mosul , they are complaining they are treated as third degree citizens , they are not represented in the Iraqi political playground except by the Kurds of the Kurdistan whom Dr. Mirza accused of planning to empty the land of the Yazidi from its people .

And it is enough now that there are more than 50,000 Yazidi who registered themselves in the Refugees committee in Syria for leaving Iraq !!

in normal days I will say that those people are always complaining , they once objected that the head of the Iraqi parliament started his talk with the Islamic prayer seeking protection from the devil  but in these days and these media reports about the Kurds trying to change the demographics of North Iraq makes me wonder

The Arabs and I understand the tension , but what about those ?? they are Kurds damn it , they are hundred Percent Kurds ?? I don't think that the democratic Kurd party ,which is the ruler party in Kurdistan is that religious that they can't stomach semi-satanic cult in their land

Already this cult or group or what ever you can call is in danger of extinction due to their restrictive laws in marriage , they don't marry from other religions , they have this hierarchy in social levels that different than what we know , they are 6 levels and each one can not marry from the other higher or lower level , so you can see the danger of the extinction flying on them

From all what I read they live in the mountains alone peacefully , they don't react with the outer world easily ,they don't want anything except to be left alone ,so I don't understand what is the problem with other brothers of leaving them !!

  1. What the hell….
    Is wrong with you people?????

After experience that took all my life with fellow arabs, I acknowledge the domination of conspiracy mentality complicated by utter ignorance & tribalism.

But the organized marketing of ignorance is way beyond tolerance!!!!

    The Case:
    - Monday April 09, 2007
-Al-Jazeera coverage to the latest crisis between Mr.Urdogan [The Turkish Prime Minister] & Mr. Barazani [The Head of Kurdistan Provincial Government]

Both guys exchanged threats in well understood coordinated word-lashes to help Mr.Urdogan improve his image as national leader for the coming presidency elections.

However, Al-Jazeera invited the ex-Egyptian ambassador to Istanbul for commenting [Subhi Al-Shazli], The man presented the attached map (check) and spent 10 minutes detailing the malicious Neocon-Zionist-USA project for new middle east!

I got the map months ago in my junk mail, and kept it as (funny) item

However, I used the name attached to track the source and got this link…..
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ralph_Peters

    well, there is certain possibilities…..
    - The Neocons are still using the same plans of 1950th, as if nothing changed since then
    - The Culture of organized ignorance still dominates the Egyptian officials, in order to typify the people as (tamed cattle)
-The utter ignorance dominates all branches of Egyptian public service, including exterior affairs, (the branch that must be best informed & committed to the government policy-if any is really applied!!!-)
    - The Egyptians officials are not well paid, and willing to say any thing Al-Jazeera tell them to mention.
    - I am a bone-head, and must be jailed as danger to the orthodox course of nationality, and handed to a death squad as a traitor.

I leave the case to your judgment………

  4. Yes my good friend; you are a well paid, ignorant, tamed cattle who is a bone-head and needs to be jailed for saying, "The man presented the attached map (check) and spent 10 minutes detailing the malicious Neocon-Zionist-USA project for new middle east!" while at the same shouting, "What the hell….
    Is wrong with you people?????
After experience that took all my life with fellow arabs, I acknowledge the domination of conspiracy mentality complicated by utter ignorance & tribalism."

1/ do you agree with the CASE presented in my previous post as (a healthy, informative debate)?
so what is mentioned in this map must be considered!!!
    or
2/ you agree (with me) that what Al-Jazeera is doing is an [Typification & Organized Marketing of Ignorance].

  6. @aardvark ,first thanks for the map I was searching for it and I am surprised that Egypt is not included in the map ,you know dividing it in to three parts Muslim,Christian and Nubian , lol

the question here is not Barazni clear in his intentions about kurdistan ??

    yes

The kurds intentions about having Kurdistan that is beyond the Iraqi lands in SYria ,Iran and Turkey !!

The Kurdistan in the map is correct ,it is not something they hide
this is not a conspiracy theory , coming Haikal is speaking about this plan for some years now
the international journalists like Simor Harash and others also are speaking about it
it is not an arabic illusion anymore

  7. Thank you Zeinobia for clearing out your stance, at least you can express yourself (clearly)!!!

I admit i never liked neither Mr.Seymour Hersh nor Mr.Heykal, and i have serious concerns about the content of the Map.

but my question is (that is not answered so far)
you agree (with me) that what Al-Jazeera is doing is an [Typification & Organized Marketing of Ignorance].

I detest the methods our government officials & wicked media feed us selective information

    again, thanks for being open-minded

  8. You can rock your brain all you want but it will not amount to anything. There was nothing there to begin with. I believe I said this before to you "Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt." Thank you for confirm what I believed about you.

And for the kind readers, please refer to aardavrks first comment to see the abhorent diatribe against Arab people I was responding to; and how my response was "mainly" based on phrases used and possibilities offered to us by our pejorative friend.

  10. Dear aardvark,

La shukr 3ala wajib. A piece of advice from someone who is a muslim but also a big supporter of America. If you want to educate or get proper answers from people, then don't demean them. Alter your attitube and Rephrase your question and you might a proper response.

  11. @aardvark , Al-Jazeera doesn't spread the culture of ignorance or conspiracy theory in the Arab world because already they are in the Arab world from many decades , the Arabs don't need a channel to be brainwashed
another thing don't underestimate this conspiracy theory mind set because after two centuries the Arabs should have it from what they saw
Palestine was taken because the Arabs didn't think or see the plans of the Zionists
the Arab world was divided between Franc and England and they were just watching
what I am trying to say is that this kind of thinking is not the product of vain ,it is a product of past experinces ,bitter ones

  12. I would pay half of my life to know the real identity of aaardvark.

I have to say he is funny, a bit painful and difficult, however.

I can see that he has got some good intentions, he wants to educate, edify and enlighten. What he lacks is: being down to earth.

Great socio-political and cultural reformers like himself have to learn how to get to the minds of simple people heeeeeeeeeeehe

He should learn a lesson from the Mahatma Ghandi.

As for the god bless America, I think that he is just a BLACK American who is trying to play a role heeeeeeeee, or else he might be the Iranian lunatic Pen-Nameh.
